Katie made our hypno-birthing sessions fun, engaging and packed full of techniques and information my boyfriend and I can take with us throughout pregnancy and labour. A brilliant experience!



Pregnancy yoga classes with Katie was such a nice place to unwind and concentrate solely on myself and baby. Classes were relaxed and informative in a lovely environment. How I would love to go back in time!



My partner and I have just completed Katie’s Hypnobirthing course, and we could not be happier. We’ve learnt so much, and feel like we’re entering the last weeks of pregnancy in a position of confidence and knowledge. The classes were a perfect size for us, with great classmates to share with – plenty of opportunities to ask anything, and loads of follow-up and support outside of the sessions.
