Preparing to give birth can be exciting and terrifying in equal measures.

It’s overwhelming at times and perhaps you have found it hard to dedicate time you would like to get ready for birth.

Work hasn’t slowed down as much as you would like, and there are so many ‘things to do’  and don’t get me started on all the STUFF you need. I’m guessing you have had at least 3 trips to Ikea!

Plus there is the added stress that comes from work and feeling like you can’t afford to drop the ball JUST because you are pregnant. Because the pressure to ‘have it all’ is real.

I’m a first-time mum myself who was absolutely shitting it about how I was going to cope getting an actual human out of me.
